​The Panhandle Groundwater Conservation District and its Board of Directors mourn the loss of Devin Wade Sinclair, who faithfully served as a member of the Board of Directors. During his tenure on the Board, Mr. Sinclair devoted his time, wisdom, and leadership to the protection and conservation of the region's groundwater resources and exemplified integrity, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to responsible stewardship of the District's mission to manage and preserve groundwater for the benefit of current and future generations.

The District honors the memory of Mr. Sinclair and expresses its deepest appreciation for his many years of distinguished service, leadership, and contribution to the success of the District.
